Solar Water Heaters
Solar water heaters also called solar domestic hot water systems can be a cost effective way to generate hot water for your home, can be used in any climate, and the fuel they use sunshine is free. How do they work
Solar water heating systems include storage tanks and solar collectors. There are two types of solar water heating systems: active, which have circulating pumps and controls, and passive, which don't. Most solar water heaters require a well-insulated storage tank. Solar storage tanks have an additional outlet and inlet connected to and from the collector. In two-tank systems, the solar water heater preheats water before it enters the conventional water heater. In one-tank systems, the back-up heater is combined with the solar storage in one tank.Type of Solar Water Heaters

Solar Lantern
A Solar lantern is a simple application of solar photovoltaic technology, which has found good acceptance in rural regions where the power supply is irregular and scarce. Even in the urban areas people prefer a solar lantern as an alternative during power cuts because of its simple mechanism. How a Solar Lantern Works?
A solar Lantern is made of three main components - the solar PV panel, the storage battery and the lamp. The operation is very simple. The solar energy is converted to electrical energy by the SPV panel and stored in a sealed maintenance-free battery for later use during the night hours. A single charge can operate the lamp for about 4-5 hours.

Solar Home System (SHS)
Photovoltaic (PV) modules (Solar Panels) give you free and Environment friendly electric power wherever you want it. PV modules generate electricity directly from sunlight and their operation is completely noise and pollution-free. Because they have no moving parts to wear out, they will provide reliable power for decades. Our panels are guaranteed not to lose more than 20% of their rated output within 25 years. Solar-generated electricity can supply autonomous power in rural areas, or can be linked to the grid to reduce or eliminate your electricity bill. We provideFeatures:-
• Compacted
• Minimum Space Required
• Maintenance free battary 4 years life
• Long life 20 years Panel life
• Safe from electric shock
• Short circuit Protection
• Over load protection
• Mobile charging point on battery box
• Easy to operate
• Programmable timer facility
• After sale services

Coal Briquetting
Coal briquetting is a process by which raw coal; generally low grade coal is converted into uniform, usually hard and impact resistance agglomeration, making it a useful superior quality fuel with good calorific value for domestic and industrial purposes. Globally about 28.22 million tons of briquettes are produced out of which 54% are smokeless briquettes, from anthracite plus bituminous coal while 46% are manufactured from lignite coal i.e., smoky briquettes. China shares 35% of briquettes made from anthracite/bituminous, while Germany shares 24% of coal briquettes from the global market of lignite briquettes.Advantages of Coal Briquetting:
• Coal which is acceptable to weather or likely to ignite spontaneously could be briquetted into stable forms
• Coal with higher sulphur content, could be used in briquetting with mixing of the suitable additives thus the coal briquettes produced pose lease health or environment problems
• Briquetted coal is environmentally more acceptable than coal. The scattering of coal dust in homes and towns due to breakage could be avoided
Comparison of Coal Briquettes with other Fuels
| Coal Briquettes | 8600 Btu / lb |
| Forest Wood | 5400 Btu / lb |
| Natural Gas | 9000 Kcal / Nm³ |
| Lignite Coal | 7200 Btu / lb |
